O Come, O Come, Emmanuel
And ransom captive Israel
That mourns in lonely exile here
Until the Son of God appear
Rejoice! Rejoice! Emmanuel
Shall come to thee O Israel


Prayer for Advent - Stir up Your power in us, Lord Jesus, so that by Your grace we may be rescued from all of our sins. Deliver us, O Lord, from the sin of the world around us, and the sin that dwells within us, so that we might be ready for Your coming. For You live and reign together with the Father and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen.
