Here are 4 questions every member of Congress needs to ask before voting on a bill ...

1. Is it morally right?
2. Is it constitutional?
3. Do we need it?
4. Can we afford it?

Just read the bills and ask these 4 simple questions before voting. Is that too much to ask?
